The purpose of our partnership with PCS was to empower and rebuild their Brand, so that they can reposition their business to attract substantial larger projects that matched their evolved capabilities.
Like all Brand work, we begun by uncovering their Purpose and building out the foundations that would create the framework for all future creative work to follow. In doing so, we unpacked the PCS Difference, a mentality, philosophy and way of being that the Brand has been and continues to be built on. A difference that translates into all work we do; that there is a right way to do things. A right way to work. A right way to look after people. A right way to do business. This ethos has driven the success of the Brand and influenced our commitment to helping empower them to be the best version of themselves, so that they can continue to grow and drive home this philosophy on a wider scale.
From re-Brand to Brand Management, we now look after the ongoing development of the Brand through the production and management of all digital touchpoints including their website and social media platforms.
We are proud to partner with PCS, and even more proud that the work we have completed has had direct increase in Brand Awareness from both clients and and peers, resulting in consecutive increases of the largest project value being awarded during our ongoing management.
